Clay Hills Ag alerts are designed to provide subscribers with time-sensitive agricultural and operational updates. By opting into this program, you agree to receive text messages from Clay Hills Ag regarding seasonal seed, chemical, fertilizer, and feed booking windows, product arrival and pickup notifications, critical agronomic/field alerts, upcoming company events, grower meetings, and promotional marketing items.

2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user interaction, seasonal demand, and crop conditions.

3. Cost, Message, and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Clay Hills Ag does not charge a fee for this text program; however, your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply according to your specific mobile plan.

4. How to Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our phone number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

6. Carrier Disclaimer
Supported carriers include all major US mobile networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
